Do You Ever Feel Like You Fail At Therapy?


  1. Yes, yes I do. All too often I think, well, if I would just work harder and put more effort into this I wouldn't still be where I am right now! But that's just one more OCD trap - according to OCD there will always be more I could have done or still could do. So, I just try to take it one moment at a time and do my best to push the OCD boundaries where I can!

  2. Yes, I know that feeling well. My therapist helps me reframe it as "trial and error learning"--and it makes a big difference that I could tell him I felt like I was failing.
